Campo dell’Amato – sleeps 13 Surrounded by lavender and roses, Campo dell'Amato is a dream come true! This beautiful, exclusive villa built in a traditional Tuscan style has no gold faucets or crystal chandeliers, but plenty of atmosphere and style. The owners have decorated the villa themselves and most of the furniture is handpicked during trips around Italy or abroad. Coming to Campo dell'Amato is like coming home - you want to stay here - for a long time. Campo dell’Amato is located about 1200 meter from the historic centre of San Casciano dei Bagni and a mere stroll away from the luxurious thermal spa of Fonteverde. The heart of the house, Campo dell’Amato’s kitchen includes a gleaming range and a large marble-topped table, ideal for cooking with several pairs of hands. Just outside, a large pergola offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while watching the sun set across a picture perfect view of the nearby olive groves and the rolling green patchwork landscape that’s so quintessentially Tuscan.

Campo dell’Amato sleeps 13 persons; 9 persons in the villa and 4 persons in the two floor guest house situated some 20 meter from the villa.

Spacious and well equipped kitchen, large living room with open fire, SAT-TV, DVD and stereo system. Dining room which can seat 16 for dinner. There’s also a quiet studio space on the first floor with laptop computer, telephone, ISDN Internet connection and fax. Heating in all floors.
Guesthouse:
Bedroom 6 (ground floor): Twin beds which can be turned into a double bed. Bathroom with hydrojet shower

Both bedrooms in the guesthouse include a small sitting room and en suite bathroom.
Garden
From the tiled terrace there is a view to the pool and the undulating Val d’Orcia - area. From the terrace, stairs run down to the pool where there are sun beds, deck chairs and tables. The swimming pool is naturally heated and is open from May 1st. to September 30th.

All bedrooms, sitting room and dining room have air-condition. Well equipped, professional kitchen with barbeque, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. The villa also has a library, washing machine and tumble drier.

Prices include: 4 hours housekeeping 6 days a week, pre-arrival shopping service, maintenance of garden and pool, air-condition and heating.
Not included: The use of telephone, internet and fax is paid locally according to meter.
Check in: Saturday from 16.00, check out Saturday 09.30.
Payment: 50 % of the amount is paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid no later than 10 weeks before arrival.
Local deposit: € 1.000 is paid to the host upon arrival and refunded upon departure. |
