Villa La Tabaccaia forms part of Santo Stefano, a 600 hectars estate south east of Florence in Tuscany and close to the village of Montaione (6km). The estate consists of seven old Tuscan style individual villas and 12 apartments which have been carefully restored back to their former glory and style. Each property has all the comforts of modern living, including a private infinity swimming pool. All villas can be rented for longer or shorter holidays, for meetings, reunions, celebrations of special moments, such as weddings, and anniversaries.  The apartments can be rented also for a quality weekend with family and friends in the unique Tuscan atmosphere.

Set in private, gated grounds, La Tabaccaia is a highly exclusive, stunning one floor villa, newly renovated and highly contemporary yet at the same time totally traditional in old Tuscan stone. Panoramic sliding glass veranda doors on all sides and the slightly elevated position let you enjoy fantastic views over the surrounding valley, while a lovely pool with a central jacuzzi feature is set in the private stone walled courtyard.  

Villa la Tabaccaia has a living area with fireplace, dining area, kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwashing machine. Glass sliding terrace doors on all sides. Master double bedroom with fireplace and hallway leading into a private bathroom. Sliding glass doors leading to garden on both sides of the bedroom.  1 twin/double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 double/twin bedroom with private bathroom. Both rooms have sliding glass doors leading into the garden.

A note for children: The spacious indoor ground floor areas offer great floor space for children to play and given the proximity of the pool to the house they can be easily be kept in view, although small children in a pool should be constantly watched.
 

Swimming pool: open 1/5 – 1/10. Private pool, with Jacuzzi, 8 x 5m. Depth 90cm – 1. In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier at a supplement. The pool is not heated.
