Villa Vignola forms part of Santo Stefano, a 600 hectars Tuscan estate south east of Florence and close to the village of Montaione (6km). The estate consists of seven old Tuscan style individual villas and 12 apartments which have been carefully restored back to their former glory and style. Each property has all the comforts of modern living, including a private infinity swimming pool. All villas can be rented for longer or shorter holidays, for meetings, reunions, celebrations of special moments, such as weddings, and anniversaries.  The apartments can be rented also for a quality weekend with family and friends in the unique Tuscan atmosphere.

Villa Vignola is a quaint old Tuscan farmhouse which has been completely restored to a very comfortable standard. Once a set of farmers cottages, each living quarter has now been totally converted into a charming country apartment. The position of Vignola is, as all our properties at Santo Stefano, highly panoramic, and enjoys an elevated hillside position. The view is 360° and takes in a panorama that stretches literally for miles, across the estate of Santo Stefano to the neighbouring towns and villages.

All apartments at Villa Vignola are decorated and furnished with their own individual colour schemes and all have excellent views. The villa can also be let to a group up to 22 persons. In this case, the annex is closed off to the guests. When the villa is rented for 23- 29 persons it includes the villa + the annex.

All apartments have direct access onto the garden. All double beds are queen size (140 cm wide). All twin rooms can be made into double beds.

Villa Vignola – general information

Accessibility: Main Villa with 6 apartments each with independent entrances. No common living area. Steps and staircases are indicated above. Apartment 1 is suitable for disabled access.

Exteriors: terrace with cushioned wrought iron furniture. Sun beds, deckchairs, sun umbrellas on pool sun deck. Large barbeque area and private parking. Irregular shell shaped infinity pool 8m x 15m approx. depth 1,5m. Jacuzzi, maximum depth 70cm approx. The pool is not heated.  The pool, terrace and garden are all lit up at night.
 

Swimming pool: open 1/5 – 1/10. In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season it may be opened at a supplement. The pool is not heated.
