Established B & B and self catering accommodation set in the heart of the Abruzzo countryside with wonderful views of both the Gran Sasso and Maiella National Parks. Each floor measures around 150sqm. There is an olive grove so you can produce your own olive oil and a vineyard to produce your own wine. There are also barns and a shed.

The business has been transformed by its present owners into stylish, relaxing and comfortable accommodation. The accommodation is flexible so large or small groups can be catered for. It is a perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views.

This floor is actually used by the owners but could be made into two apartments.

FIRST FLOOR: Two apartments.
One is a one bedded apartment with a living/kitchen, bedroom with balcony to enjoy those spectacular views and bathroom.
The second apartment has a living room with balcony, two bedrooms (one with balcony) and bathroom with shower.

The SECOND FLOOR is unfinished but could be made into another apartment.

The business is registered as a Bed and Breakfast and has its own website set up.

Located just outside the village of Rosciano complete with its medieval towers, there are numerous local restaurants.
